Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
- Select Court Mind and tap Cancel Subscription
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't keep your card details and can't see them — Apple handles all billing.
How do I restore a subscription on a new device?
Sign in to Court Mind with the same email you used originally, then open the paywall screen and tap Restore purchases. Apple will re-link your active subscription to the new install.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@equanimityengine.com from the address associated with your account. We'll delete your stored email and user identifier within 7 days and confirm by reply. Match analyses, gameplans, and routines live only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them.
The app crashes or behaves unexpectedly
Send us:
- Your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The Court Mind version number (shown at the bottom of the home screen)
- A short description of what you were doing when it happened
A screenshot or screen recording is hugely helpful if you can capture one.
Speech recognition isn't working
Court Mind uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. Make sure both microphone and speech recognition are permitted: Settings → Court Mind → Microphone and Speech Recognition should both be on.
Refunds
Refund requests for subscriptions are handled by Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Court Mind purchase. Apple decides each request on its own terms; we have no ability to issue refunds ourselves.
